Los Angeles International Airport
Los Angeles International Airport is a large, busy airport with more than 60 million travelers per year. The residents of Los Angeles usually call it L-A-X after the airport code. There are nine terminals that lie behind each other in a horseshoe shape. The International Terminal 9 was built for the Olympic Games in 1984 and is named after the Mayor at the time, Tom Bradley. In the coming years this terminal will go thorough renovations.
