Train

There is still no train connection with the airport, but work has been done on a connection with the Glasgow Central Station, that was ready in 2008. At the moment, the nearest station is in Gilmour Street in Paisley, 3 kilometers from the airport and is accessible with bus line 60, trains go to Glasgow Central from that station.

The airport lies along the important highway M8 (exit 29).

Bus lines 905 and 950 go to the center of Glasgow, these buses stop by train stations: Glasgow Central and Queen Street and the bus station Buchanan. Lines 901 and 906 go to Port Glasgow.
